Orchid or plant: which should I choose for an opening?

For a shop or office that is opening for the first time, start with the foliage plants or western orchids, the two groups the site files under openings. Plants: the height runs from about 50 cm to 1.5 m depending on the plant. The pot may be replaced by one of a similar shape, depending on supplies.
Orchids: the photos show full bloom, but yours may arrive with some flowers still opening or in bud. We send the size and setup you choose, though how far the blooms have opened and their color can vary a little.
Care: keep an orchid somewhere bright but out of direct sun, water it when the potting mix has dried, and do not let water sit in the pot. Water a foliage plant thoroughly when the top of the soil feels dry.

How do I order from abroad so it arrives on opening day?

On the order form of Korea Flower Express, enter the delivery date and time in Korea time and we prepare for that day. If the gift must arrive on opening day itself, choose a time before the doors open, and tell us in chat right after ordering if time is short.

What goes on the ribbon?

Plants and orchids carry their message on a ribbon, not on a card. Seen from the front, the right ribbon holds the congratulatory phrase and the left ribbon holds the sender's name. The phrases offered on the order form include 祝開業 (congratulations on the opening), 祝發展 (wishing prosperity) and the Korean sentence for congratulating an opening.

What happens on delivery day, and what if nobody is there?

A florist near the recipient makes the gift and delivers it by hand, and once it is done Korea Flower Express sends the orderer a photo of what was actually delivered. If nobody is there to receive it, the gift is left at the entrance of the address and an on-site photo is sent, so give a mobile number that will be answered.

To change or cancel an order, tell us in chat right after you place it. Cancelling before we start making it is fully refunded, but once making has started, a change or cancellation may not be possible or may cost extra.
