How can I pay?
On the English, Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese order forms, you can pay by international card, charged in Korean won (KRW), or by PayPal, charged in US dollars at the day's exchange rate plus a 5% fee.
How do I confirm my order?
When you place an order, the order-complete screen shows your order number, and we send an order confirmation to the email address on the order form.
Signed-in customers can follow the order and its status in My orders. Guest customers can find an order on the same page with the mobile number and the order lookup password they set on the order form.
Can I see the flowers that were delivered?
After delivery, we send a photo of the delivered flowers: by email for orders placed in English, Japanese, Chinese or Vietnamese, and by text message for orders placed in Korean. Signed-in customers can also see the photo in My orders.

Where can I read reviews?
The Customer reviews board shows reviews written by customers who ordered on this site. A review can be written only by the customer who placed the order, after the order has been delivered and the payment confirmed. Members write it from My page; guests find the order with Order lookup (phone number and order lookup password).
