About this gift
Yellow lilies are set in two spots, with red, yellow and pink gerberas packed tightly around them. A white oval placard with a congratulatory message sits at the bottom, framed by dark green leaves and pink ribbons.
The placard faces front and is easy to read, so it stands out at openings, weddings and exhibitions where guests come and go. Ribbon wording is chosen on the order form.

Delivery
- We deliver anywhere in South Korea. A florist near your recipient makes the arrangement that day and hands it over in person.
- Order before 6 PM Korea time and most gifts arrive the same day. If timing is tight for the area or the item, we'll contact you to confirm.
- For weddings, funerals or events, pick the right time rule on the order form (by, ceremony at, event at, arrive at…). "2 PM" means different things to a driver.
- Some islands and remote areas carry an extra delivery fee. You'll see it on the order form as soon as you enter the address.
- Once delivered, we send you a photo of the arrangement your recipient received.
Before you order
- Flowers and plants are living things. Depending on the season and what arrives that morning, some flowers may be replaced with others in the same color family.
- Product photos are styled examples. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
- Wrapping, baskets and pots may be swapped for similar ones depending on supplies.
- If the recipient's phone number is wrong or they can't be reached, delivery may be delayed. Please double-check it.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Cancel before we start making it and you get a full refund.
- Once the arrangement is being made, the flowers can't be reused, so we can't cancel or refund.
- If the gift was damaged in transit or went to the wrong place, we'll send it again. Let us know on the day, with a photo if you can.
- To change or cancel, message us in chat right after ordering. That's the fastest way.
Questions
What goes on the ribbons?
One ribbon carries a short phrase for the occasion (in Korea this is written in Chinese characters, such as 祝結婚 for a wedding or 謹弔 for a funeral). The other carries your name or your company's name. Choose the phrase and enter the sender on the order form.
Can it arrive in time for a ceremony?
Yes. Enter the delivery time and choose the time rule (ceremony at, event at, by…) on the order form, and we'll prepare for that time. If time is short, message us in chat right after ordering.
I only know the name of the funeral hall. Is that enough?
Yes. Paste the notice or message you received into the order form and our team will confirm the hall and room.
